Mariah has had the privilege of supporting individuals with their mental health for the past twenty years. From community mental health clinics to residential treatment centers, Mariah has supported folks with a wide range of challenges and traumas and is humbled by the courage that embarking in therapy so often requires. Her professional and personal experiences have also positioned her to specialize in supporting folks navigate complex & chronic health realities. Having spent many years guiding clients through medical systems, she is skilled in resourcing and advocating for folks that have slipped through the cracks and who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. She believes deeply in the innate capacity of each individual to release trauma and find safety, healing and lasting joy.

Mariah is trained in Somatic Experiencing ™ (advanced level) which informs her understanding of the role of the nervous system in trauma healing. Whether it be individual, relational or systemic trauma; trauma leads to disconnection. Healing occurs when we address the whole person- mind, spirit, and body- to bring all parts of self back into connection.
Mariah aims to support her clients transform experiences of trauma into embodied healing. She strives for collaborative care, honoring diverse ways of knowing and positioning her clients as their own best experts. Mariah brings wholehearted authenticity to her practice and is known for her compassion, humor and warmth.
